Administrative Support

The Consumer Products Division at Crest Foods is looking to hire a self-driven individual to expand our department.  The Consumer Products Administrative Support will be responsible for working with external customers and internal departments (QA, R&D, Purchasing, Sales, Scheduling, Production, Mix, and Accounting), maintaining inventories and managing finished product shipments. They will also be cross-trained to support all departments in the Consumer Products Division. 

$18.00/hr

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Customer Correspondence
  • Taking orders from customers and tracking their delivery
  • Invoicing
  • Maintain Invoicing/receivables in Quickbooks
  • Maintain pricing in AS400
  • Reconciling Inventories
  • Coordination of production runs

General hours of work:

  • Monday-Friday  – TBD

Skills required:

  • Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Experience with AS400 a plus
  • Manufacturing/Production knowledge a plus
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Good organization and multi-tasking skills
