The Consumer Products Division at Crest Foods is looking to hire a self-driven individual to expand our department. The Consumer Products Administrative Support will be responsible for working with external customers and internal departments (QA, R&D, Purchasing, Sales, Scheduling, Production, Mix, and Accounting), maintaining inventories and managing finished product shipments. They will also be cross-trained to support all departments in the Consumer Products Division.
$18.00/hr
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Customer Correspondence
- Taking orders from customers and tracking their delivery
- Invoicing
- Maintain Invoicing/receivables in Quickbooks
- Maintain pricing in AS400
- Reconciling Inventories
- Coordination of production runs
General hours of work:
- Monday-Friday – TBD
Skills required:
- Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Experience with AS400 a plus
- Manufacturing/Production knowledge a plus
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Good organization and multi-tasking skills
