In an effort to be “audit-ready” every day, we have been periodically performing unannounced individual line inspections. Inspections are based upon criteria that might be a part of a real audit. If we find no issues for improvement, Line Operators and Dumpers win $30 Crest Cash that is redeemable in the Crest Store for Crest Gear. Employees can get shirts, jackets, hats, mugs and a lot of other Crest Foods-branded gear. Each Line Worker present during that inspection receives $15 Crest Cash!
Employees can combine this with Crest Cash from other sources or they may contribute their own money for larger items. If line inspections do not result in Crest Cash, we want employees to make the necessary adjustments and perhaps another opportunity may present itself for another try. Not sure about something?
