It replaces an older system which was functional but starting to become an issue with spare parts. The new system has many enhancements including automatic product flow control, improved product cooling capabilities, rapid sterilization on the UHT system, a new three piston homogenizer and a slick online diagnostic system which provides prompt corporate communication on any problems.
