My husband and I traveled to Grand Cayman in January for a late 10 year trip. Two babies and a pandemic caused us to postpone the trip a little. After a white knuckled drive from the airport on the wrong side of the road we arrived to paradise.
Our house was on the non touristy side of the island so it was very quiet. Most of our trip was spend enjoying local restaurants, kayaking and sipping Cayman brews by the pool. We did have one excursion to Crystal Caves in Old Man Bay, which was very cool to see.
It was a wonderfully relaxing trip and we hope to return someday, maybe we will be brave enough to make the trek with the kids next time!
