Welcome, James Jacobson

Briefly share your work experience/background: Worked at Meadow Gold Dairy in Salt Lake City, Utah for 28 years. In 1995 I started my career in the dairy as a hourly employee. I was promoted to Production Supervisor, then Warehouse Manager. My last position held at Meadow Gold was QA Manager. I also worked for Hostess/ Wonder bread and Franz bakeries as Sanitation Foreman, my wife was recovering from back surgery, this so called temporary position turned into 5 years. Both companies were great and I wouldn’t change anything, I learned a lot about production planning, food safety and quality.

I enjoy UTV rides and exploring our beautiful mountains. Going to the movies, and the occasional Christmas Hallmark movie, that my wife forced me to watch.

Tell us a little about your family: I have 2- daughters ( age: 32 and 29) 2- sons ( age: 24 and 13). My son recently graduated college with a Bachelors of Science degree from William Penn in Iowa. My wife (Brandy) and I have been married for 21 years. We are proud grandparents- two grandsons, three granddaughters. We live in West Jordan, Utah.
