Congrats to our 1st Place Continuous Improvement Winners, Jerry Maronde & Rick Cox (Maintenance B-Shift)! Jerry and Rick’s idea was to retro-fit an old rotary pick on a clyborne cartoner to help with the draw in on the horizontal cartoner. This has been a major improvement for this cartoner and has lead to significant improvements in efficiency. They plan to retro-fit other horizontal cartoners as time permits. These first place winners split a $1,000 prize!
