Briefly share your work experience/background: I’ve started in the dairy business 36 years ago. My first job was stacking 68# blocks of butter. From there I progressed from Lab Tech through to Plant Manager where I was in Tulare, CA for 17 years. In 2017, I left Tulare and that path let to roles in Ops Services, Regional Ops Director, General Manager, and most recently SW Regional Special Projects Manager.
What are your hobbies/interests? My down time is spent in the outdoors. I enjoy mountain biking, hiking, and trout fishing off my kayak. I also have Jeep Rubicon off road when I have a chance.
Tell us a little about your family: I have two boys; Ryan(27) and Bryce(25) both living in Tempe, AZ. The boys grew up playing sports and I coached their soccer rec, club, and high school teams over 18 years. Ryan took his soccer skills to football where he was a kicker/punter at SW Oklahoma State University. Bryce attended Arizona State University and recently completed his private pilot. He’s working to be a commercial pilot. For me, my partner Lisa and I have been together for over three years. We’re blessed with a good life.
What are you looking forward to the most in your new role at Crest Foods? After being a Crest Customer for the majority of my career, I have immense amount of respect for the organization. I’m looking forward to contributing to that amazing culture as well as partnering with our customers to find solutions that benefit both them and us.
