Briefly share your work experience/background:
I started my career in the quality field before transitioning into continuous improvement and operations management roles. Through that I developed a strong multi-faceted background in manufacturing as well as continuous improvement. I have now spent over 15 years in various manufacturing settings transforming operations into data driven, culture oriented, structured environments. I have a heavy emphasis on culture, developing a staff of front line problem solvers through continued support and engagement.
What are your hobbies/interests?
I have a daughter, so MY hobbies are few and far between. When I do get free time, I enjoy traveling and participating in BBQ competitions and festivals.
Tell us a little about your family:
My Daughter is 6, she is currently in dance, gymnastics, theater, softball, and horseback riding. If that wasn’t enough we added a new pup to the household named Max.
What are you looking forward to the most in your new role at Crest Foods?
I look forward to gaining an extensive understanding on the current interworking’s here at Crest Foods. Utilizing my knowledge and experience, I hope to then play an integral role the continued growth and success, while also bringing an added level of structure and efficiency.
