10 Year Trip Report: Lisa Roberts

My husband, Adriane, and I spent 9 days traveling through Colorado and South Dakota. We took the Cog Railway to the top of Pikes Peak and enjoyed the beautiful scenery along the Spearfish Canyon Byway. In Colorado, we were able to visit the gravesite of Buffalo Bill, Garden of the Gods, Rocky Mountain National Park, and take a tour of the Coors Factory. In South Dakota, we stopped in Deadwood, went to both Custer State Park and Mount Rushmore, and drove through Badlands National Park. We enjoyed trying elk and bison.
I’d absolutely go back because the countryside was beautiful!
