For those who may not know, our Tech Service Team provides service after the sale, one of the many ways Crest Foods sets itself apart from our competition.
From September 8th to the 12th, the team held their annual meeting at Bear Lake, Utah, along with our National Accounts Managers, to align on strategy and direction for our top accounts. During this time, our Tech Managers also refined their fiscal year objectives and reviewed or redesigned training presentations to ensure we are fully equipped to meet the needs of our customers in the field. It was also the perfect opportunity to welcome Justin Rogers (Newest Tech Service Manager) to the team! Justin got to meet everyone, learn more about our operations, and take part in some fun team building activities.
