When you picture Customer Service, you probably think of entering orders and confirming them with the customer. While that is a big part of this team’s day, there is much more to Ingredient Division Customer Service then you may expect. This team is the primary point of contact for our external customers and each Coordinator has 60+ customer accounts. They work closely with our sales managers to get to know each account and their unique needs, while coordinating with other Crest teams to get orders processed efficiently. Customer Service is also responsible for the set up of each new product in the Ingredient Division, ensuring that product formulations and labels are accurately established in our computer system. In addition, customer document requests, product pricing, and quotes all filter through this team.
