 IMPORTANT HEALTH COVERAGE TAX DOCUMENTS 

The Paperwork Burden Reduction Act passed in 2024 modifies provisions under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act so that employers and health insurance providers are no longer required to send tax forms to covered individuals showing proof of minimum essential coverage (1095-C tax forms) unless a form is requested. 

What is Form 1095-C? 

Form 1095-C provides information about the offer of coverage made to full-time employees and enrollees under the Crest Foods health plan.
