R&D Lab Technician

Starting Wage $18.34/hr

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative R&D Lab Technician to join our Ingredient Division’s Product Development team. This role plays a critical part in supporting research initiatives and daily lab operations, contributing to the development and optimization of ingredient-based products. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for driving innovation from concept to commercialization.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Accurately weigh up and blend ingredients for experiments
• Complete finished product testing and evaluations and record data
• Assemble and package finished and blended product samples for customer review
• Some equipment operations

General hours of work:

• Monday through Friday
• 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Extended hours as needed or requested

Skills required:

• Ability to perform precise and accurate lab tests and project conclusions
• Good math and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and in small groups
• Desire for personal growth
• Follow GMP’s
• Follow proper safety procedures
• Good communication skills
