Customer Support Coordinator

Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour

Our wide reaching customer base represents industry leading grocery chains as well as emerging brands. Our international coverage includes Canada, Costa Rica, Haiti and Puerto Rico. We are looking for an upbeat person to be the face/voice of Crest Foods for a portion of our customer base. Our account coordinators need to be good at multitasking as they manage all customer relations.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive and enter orders on time and accurately
  • Keep the customer updated on any changes to their order or their account
  • Onboard new customers
  • Understand customer’s needs and take quick action to initiate solutions
  • Process customer invoices daily; AS400, EDI and SAP
  • Create formal letters in Word and distribute to the Customer and Sales Department
  • Create and validate Customer sales reports in Excel using pivot tables
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments through the entire order cycle – from order placement to delivery

Core Competencies:

  • Customer Service or Administrative Experience 1-3 years (required)
  • GED equivalent (required) – Associates (preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft programs (required)
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be very detail oriented
  • The ability to work well with minimal supervision and in a team atmosphere
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
