Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain acceptable production efficiencies and product quality
• Enforce GMP’s and safety rules
• Routine cleaning of equipment and production area
• Coordination of product changeovers
• Operate equipment to maximize efficiency

Skills Required:

• Safety conscious
• Able to get along with others and lead a small team
• Some mechanical ability
• Good communication skills
• Versatility
• Good Attendance
• Previous Machine Operator experience
• Ability to lift 55 pounds

Compensation:

• $19.53/hour
• Shift premiums : $1 for 2^nd shift and $2 for 3^rd shift
