West Plant – All shifts
Wage: $18.34/hr Shift premium for 2nd shift is $1.00 and Shift premium for 3rd shift is $2.00
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Monitoring production lines by continuously inspecting products during packaging to catch defects or deviations in real time
- Conducting food safety & quality tests by performing checks of CCPs, weights, code accuracy, seal integrity and others, as required
- Collecting samples of finished products for lab analysis or retention
- Documenting findings by maintaining detailed records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions
- Reporting issues by flagging non-conformance & helping to investigate root causes for defective product
- Supporting compliance by helping to enforce HACCP, GMP, & SQF protocols to meet certification & regulatory requirements
- Working with Production & Maintenance personnel by providing feedback and guidance to staff on quality and food safety issues
General hours of work:
- A Shift – Mon-Fri – 5:45am-2:15pm
- B Shift – Mon-Fri – 1:45pm-10:15pm
- C Shift – Sun-Thur – 9:45pm – 6:15am
- Weekends and other hours as needed or requested
